Bravo Ready, a Montreal-based game studio, has picked up another title to grow its Web3 game lineup. The company has acquired Honeyland, a blockchain strategy game built on Solana, adding it to its READY! platform alongside existing titles like BR1: Infinite Royale and Bonk Arena.
Good to know
Honeyland comes from Hexagon Studios and blends resource management, combat, and NFT-based gameplay. Players run bee colonies, breed bees, collect honey, and fight other users—all while earning or spending the in-game token $HXD. The game also includes mechanics like staking, emissions control, and token burning to keep the economy in balance.
Bravo’s real-money gaming system now includes a broader mix of styles. From fast-paced shooters like BR1: Infinite Royale to mobile-friendly farming and strategy via Honeyland, the company is pushing to become a key name in Web3 gaming. And with strong financial backing and a growing list of games, the READY! platform looks ready to handle that goal.
Bravo Ready sees the acquisition as more than just adding another title. It strengthens the READY! platform, which supports both Web2 and Web3 features like NFT rentals, Solana and USDC payments, anti-cheat systems, and loot boxes. With Honeyland joining the fold, the platform now reaches deeper into the strategy genre—giving users another way to play and earn real crypto rewards.
“Each new game we bring to READY! shows how flexible the platform can be,” a Bravo spokesperson said. “Whether it’s shooting or strategy, we want to give players a reliable way to compete and earn.”
Honeyland already has a strong foundation. It raised $4 million in earlier funding, setting its valuation at around $20 million. The $HXD token fuels upgrades, staking, and events. Players collect two main NFT types—Queens and Bees—which influence gameplay. Assets are tradable on Magic Eden and tokens can be swapped using Solflare.
Earlier this year, Bravo and Honeyland teamed up to give players 750 $READY tokens through in-game promotions, hinting at a deeper relationship well before the buyout.
