Binance-supported mobile strategy game Heroes of Mavia has seen its native token MAVIA soar following a strategic airdrop campaign and major listings on several top crypto exchanges this week, including ByBit, KuCoin, Gate, Bitget, HTX Global, and MEXC. This game, leveraging non-fungible tokens (NFTs), challenges players to build and sustain armies for base control battles.
Heroes of Mavia rolled out its unique Pioneer Airdrop Program, promising to boost both the game’s player base and its ecosystem through multiple seasons. This program is set to offer a variety of rewards, including MAVIA tokens and in-game assets like Ruby, Legendary Items, and Sapphire, through a series of quests and tasks.
The game developers have allocated about 3.5% of MAVIA’s total supply to fund the airdrops during its token generation event (TGE), with the initial circulating supply set at 12% or 30 million MAVIA tokens. Notably, the airdrop pool will constitute roughly 30% of this initial supply, divided between land stakers/holders and activities on centralized exchanges (CEX).
Importantly, Heroes of Mavia has assured that even those who haven’t staked land in the game will still be eligible for airdrops. The Season 1 Pioneer Program portal, set to go live next week, will allow participants to track their pending MAVIA rewards. New holders who missed out on land staking can still look forward to airdrop rewards, which will be calculated closer to the TGE.
At the time of writing, MAVIA’s value has surged to $5.71, marking a 36.8% increase over the last 24 hours and a 100% gain since its airdrop, according to CoinMarketCap data.
