At the heart of the project is a multiplayer FPS format that rewards quick adaptation and faction-specific tactics. Players can choose from three factions, each with abilities that evolve mid-match. Real-time adjustments allow players to switch strategies based on shifting battle conditions.
The game’s combat design leans heavily on ability choices. Prismatic Shield shapes strong defensive plays, while Active Camo offers stealth opportunities. Players can even change factions mid-session, which adds a layer of unpredictability and fresh decision-making.
Weapon customization is another major draw. With six weapon classes and a large menu of passive perks, players can create more than 1,000 unique perk combinations. Preferred builds can be minted as NFTs for ranked game modes.
Both casual and competitive formats are planned. Ranked Versus requires NFTs and uses an ELO system for fair matchmaking. The $RELIC token anchors the in-game economy, supporting weapon minting, event access, and premium content. Black Market Bounties add higher stakes by offering exclusive rewards.
Earlier this year, SOL451 ran a pre-alpha playtest that helped shape development. Testers earned unique in-game items for participating, underscoring the project’s community-first approach.
