The funding round, led by Hack VC, saw contributions from angel investors and strategic backers involved in projects such as Arbitrum, Worldcoin, and Sei. Nillion aims to enhance data processing methods, especially for applications where secure and private data handling is essential.

This design creates a system where applications can collaborate without risking sensitive information. With partners like NEAR, Aptos, Arbitrum, and Ritual, Nillion is building a network that promotes both blockchain and AI applications. As blockchain technology decentralizes data ownership, it aligns well with AI, which relies on vast data to inform its algorithms. This model offers an alternative to traditional data control, where a few centralized entities often dominate.
Nillion’s technology addresses these issues, focusing on secure storage and data computation.
