Coca-Cola, known globally for its refreshing beverages, is now making a splash in the digital art space. The brand recently showcased its NFT collection on Coinbase’s advanced layer-2 network, Base.

During Coinbase’s “Onchain Summer” festivity, Coca-Cola revealed its ‘Masterpiece’ ensemble. It’s a unique blend of timeless artworks and modern designs, all woven around the renowned Coca-Cola bottle. Iconic pieces like Edvard Munch’s “The Scream” find a spot in this collection, standing shoulder to shoulder with works from rising artists. Through this digital endeavor, Coca-Cola nods to its rich history while boldly stepping into the age of online art.

Coca-Cola’s journey with Base places it alongside other big players. Upcoming NFT projects on this platform feature names such as Zora, Pixelmon, Showtime, and Indelible. This lineup hints at the growing allure of NFTs among powerhouse brands.

Moreover, this isn’t Coca-Cola’s first tryst with NFTs. Last year, the brand delighted its followers by offering NFTs to those who had collections on the Polygon network. Crafted to bolster fan engagement and mark International Friendship Day, it reaffirmed Coca-Cola’s vision of connecting worlds, both virtual and real
