Animoca Brands has launched a new initiative within its popular Web3 RPG, Nine Chronicles M, where players can now earn Mocaverse Realm Points (RPs). This development aligns with Animoca's recent strategic moves to expand its influence in South Korea through various partnerships. In the past week, Mocaverse has actively engaged in collaborations to boost its footprint in the region. These alliances aim to merge and promote Korean Web3 culture across multiple industries, including music, gaming, digital assets, and beyond. Animoca Brands is leveraging Mocaverse's comprehensive framework, encompassing Account, Identity, Reputation, and PointFi systems, to facilitate these endeavors. The collaboration includes notable industry players like Cube Entertainment, Planetarium Labs (the brains behind Nine Chronicles M), Gomble Games, and Bellygom from the LOTTE Group, reflecting a broadening of the Mocaverse Partner Network. This network is committed to delivering diverse Web3 experiences to its users. Players of Nine Chronicles M are encouraged to sync their Moca IDs with the game to start accumulating Realm Points. As players hit certain milestones in the game, they stand to gain rewards such as 80 RP for connecting their Moca IDs, an additional 100 RP for advancing to Stage 120, and a significant 210 RP for conquering the boss at Stage 200. Originally released for PC in 2021, Nine Chronicles M transitioned to mobile platforms in November 2023, leveraging Planetarium's Heimdall blockchain for a genuine on-chain gaming experience. The game has enjoyed substantial popularity, with over 250,000 downloads since its launch, maintaining 44,000 daily active wallets, and a monthly user count of over 100,000. Players can access Nine Chronicles M via Google Play, the Apple App Store, and the Nine Chronicles website for PC. The integration of Moca RPs into Nine Chronicles M is a testament to Animoca Brands' focused strategy to enhance user engagement and expand its Web3 ecosystem.
