Nicola Micali Joins MainStreaming as Chief Customer Officer

MainStreaming, a leader in Edge Network services and a pioneer in the CDN market, has announced Nicola Micali as its new Chief Customer Officer (CCO).

With a strong background in enhancing processes, efficiency, and go-to-market strategies, Micali aims to create a customer-centric organization focused on long-term relationships, customer experience, and satisfaction. His expertise will drive MainStreaming’s growth and market leadership.

Micali brings over 10 years of experience from Akamai, where he led Customer Success & Professional Services. At Akamai, he managed services and overall revenue for the Americas’ media & entertainment, gaming, and partners verticals, consistently exceeding revenue targets. His leadership in technical customer-facing teams improved customer satisfaction and facilitated successful global streaming events.

Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Harvard, Micali’s educational background equips him to lead and innovate in the Edge video technology sector. As CCO, he will guide the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring MainStreaming delivers world-class service to its global clients.
