To strengthen the platform’s AI gaming environment, Avalanche has partnered with Lightning Forge Games (LFG), a web3 game studio that specializes in AI-driven experiences. Through this partnership, LFG will introduce three AI-powered games on the Avalanche network, which is currently home to popular games like Solo Leveling and Off The Grid: Gladiator Mayhem, YOLO, and Grand Tactics Final Order.
In addition to launching new games, LFG will include Satrn.ai, its in-house AI technology, into Avalanche’s ecosystem. Other creators on the network will be able to easily integrate AI into their own games thanks to this state-of-the-art AI system, which was created over a number of years. With Avalanche’s assistance, LFG will be able to reach a wider audience. Initially, the team will work on Avalanche’s C-chain under the direction of Ava Labs.
LFG, composed of industry veterans with backgrounds at Netflix Games, Ubisoft, Snapchat, and Star Wars: Rogue One, is preparing to launch three innovative AI-driven games.
Gladiator Mayhem is LFG’s first release, featuring AI-powered 2v2 auto-battler gameplay. Players will train AI-controlled heroes that evolve through deep reinforcement learning, adapting from past battles. This free-to-play title includes AFK-and-Earn mechanics, allowing participants to passively earn $LFG tokens by entering AI-driven tournaments.
According to LFG’s November 2024 Medium post, Gladiator Mayhem will debut on Telegram, enabling instant access without extra downloads. Additionally, the game will support cross-platform integration, ensuring that progress and rewards carry over into LFG’s future games.
YOLO is a PvE dungeon crawler where players team up with AI-powered heroes to conquer dangerous dungeons and win real-world prizes. Some dungeons will include permadeath mechanics, meaning that if a player’s NFT hero dies, it will be permanently burned and replaced with a gravestone NFT.
These high-risk dungeons offer substantial rewards, with the studio’s CEO mentioning a $1 million prize pool in a February 5th AMA. YOLO will launch after Gladiator Mayhem, bringing intense combat and strategic AI-driven gameplay.
Grand Tactics Final Order (GTFO) is an auto-battler focused on large-scale AI-driven battles. Players will train AI warriors, enter tournaments, and compete for $LFG tokens. This game will serve as LFG’s flagship web3 AI project, set for release in Q4 2025.
According to LFG’s official roadmap, the studio plans to unveil a GTFO whitepaper before launching a cinematic trailer, seed funding round, Forge Key mint, $LFG token generation event (TGE), and a play-to-airdrop campaign. While no exact dates are confirmed, these steps will set the stage for GTFO’s highly anticipated release.
