AlphaTON Capital Takes Controlling 60% Stake in GAMEE

AlphaTON Capital is increasing its hold over GAMEE, agreeing to buy a 60% controlling interest in the Animoca Brands subsidiary. The deal builds on an earlier step from October 2025, when AlphaTON secured a 51% majority stake, and gives the firm a bigger role in GAMEE future direction.

AlphaTON Adds More Weight to Its Gaming Push

The agreement goes beyond the initial purchase price. Alongside the upfront mix of cash, shares, and warrants, AlphaTON has committed to buying GMEE tokens in the market. A further payout of as much as $7.5 million could be made over the next two years, depending on GAMEE performance and EBITDA goals.

GAMEE said it has 119 million users, including 61 million inside the Telegram ecosystem. The company also generated about $3.5 million in revenue during 2025, giving AlphaTON a large user base as it looks to grow in blockchain gaming and social gaming.

The acquisition also comes with a broader partnership between AlphaTON and Animoca Brands. Both sides said they want to build further in blockchain gaming, with Telegram playing a central role in that plan.

Management Stays in Place After the Deal

GAMEE leadership will remain in place following the transaction. Founder Bozena Rezab will become Head of AlphaTON Gaming, while Martin Zakovec and Miroslav Chmelka will continue as CEO and CTO.
