By the end of March 2025, Solana-powered multiplayer combat game SOL Arena will introduce its $CHILL coin. Real-time cryptocurrency betting and staking for in-game prizes will be made possible by the token. More than 80,000 people have joined the game since it went into Open Beta on September 20, 2024. The successful Challengers NFT mint on Magic Eden, which sold out last month, is followed by this much awaited token launch. SOL Arena, created by Bangkok-based Web3 gaming firm Chillchat, combines large-scale fights, cryptocurrency betting, and fast-paced, snake-style gameplay. Both casual and competitive players will find it to be an engaging experience as it blends high-stakes action with leisure gaming. Chillchat has raised $8.69 million in seed funding from investors such as Solana Ventures, Crypto.com Capital, and Big Brain Holdings. Matt Beck, Head of Investments at Solana Ventures, stated, “SOL Arena is introducing a new way to engage with crypto gaming — where every match matters because there’s something real at stake. This is exactly the kind of innovation that will drive Web3 gaming forward.” A New Chapter in Web3 Gaming SOL Arena’s gameplay lets up to 50 players compete in real-time battles, collecting noCHILL, evading opponents, and strategically withdrawing winnings. The upcoming High Roller Mode will introduce crypto wagering with $CHILL, increasing the stakes for players. The game is deeply connected to the Solana ecosystem, integrating NFT communities, token holders, and memecoin projects. Big Brain Holdings’ SOL Big Brain expressed excitement, saying, “I’m hyped to see how SOL Arena evolves over time.
