Xsolla, a leader in gaming payments and monetization worldwide, has partnered with Web3 game developer iBLOXX. StrayShot, iBLOXX’s next third-person shooter game, will be supported by this partnership when it launches on PC and mobile devices.
Players can play as bounty hunters in both team and single modes in StrayShot’s captivating multiplayer action. The game features competitions with thrilling prizes as well as survival struggles. With web3 components like virtual currencies and NFTs, StrayShot promises an engaging experience driven by Xsolla’s strong payment and monetization infrastructure.
In early 2023, iBLOXX raised $5 million in funding for StrayShot from notable investors like PrimeXM, CryptoOasis, and Ghaf Capital. The partnership with Xsolla originated at the Pocket Gamer Connects Dubai event in April 2024, underscoring the shared vision to boost the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region’s rapidly growing gaming market.
Xsolla will provide critical support in payments, monetization, and marketing, enabling StrayShot to expand its reach in the competitive MENA gaming space. iBLOXX CEO Domenik Maier shared his enthusiasm, saying, “We’re thrilled to join forces with Xsolla. Their support will be a game-changer for the upcoming launch of StrayShot, ensuring that it reaches a much larger, more engaged audience.”
Chris Meredith, Xsolla’s SVP EMEA, highlighted the importance of the collaboration, stating, “Partnering with a reputable studio like iBLOXX in the MENA region will elevate their presence in the industry.”
This partnership reflects the broader goal of driving innovation and long-term growth within the MENA gaming market, while bringing cutting-edge web3 gaming experiences to players worldwide.
