With the introduction of Tiny Sentry Keys, Ethereum Layer-3 gaming network Xai is upending its blockchain rewards environment. On December 9, the Tiny Sentry Keys will formally launch, facilitating players’ access to a number of Xai ecosystem advantages.
The Tiny Sentry Keys are a more accessible version of Xai’s existing Sentry Keys, which are NFT-based licenses allowing users to operate nodes on the network. Previously, these keys were priced at a hefty 1.43 ETH (around $5,520), limiting access for many. However, the Tiny Sentry Keys, priced at just 0.0143 ETH (roughly $55), provide a cost-effective alternative, opening the doors for more players to engage in the rewards system.
While the Tiny Keys come at a lower price point, they still offer users access to various perks and rewards within the Xai platform, albeit at a reduced rate compared to the standard Sentry Keys. These include access to exclusive airdrops and other benefits that contribute to the network’s growing ecosystem.
Xai is also expanding payment options to ensure broader accessibility. In addition to traditional cryptocurrency payments, users will be able to purchase Tiny Sentry Keys using credit and debit cards via Crossmint. This step is part of the network’s strategy to attract a wider audience, including those less familiar with cryptocurrency transactions. Further plans are in place to accept additional major cryptocurrencies to accommodate even more users.
In a bid to reward its existing community, Xai will airdrop 99 Tiny Keys to current Sentry Key holders, encouraging further engagement and strengthening the support network.
