Tencent Partners with EWCF to Expand Esports World Cup in China

To hasten the Esports World Cup’s (EWC) growth in China, Tencent and the Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) have partnered. As the official strategic partner of EWCF in China, Tencent E-sports will use its vast networks and industry expertise to link the EWC’s worldwide platform with the flourishing Chinese esports market. This partnership demonstrates the EWCF’s goal of bringing the global esports community together under a single competitive umbrella.

At the Empower Esports Worldwide Series – The Esports Operation and Technology Session in Shenzhen, China, the collaboration was formally revealed. This action is a major step in the process of incorporating one of the biggest esports markets into the global ecosystem of the Esports World Cup.

Driving Growth Through Collaboration

As part of this partnership, a dedicated Development Team will focus on increasing EWC’s visibility and fostering industry collaboration in China. Tencent E-sports will contribute marketing expertise, operational support, and strategic consulting to deliver engaging content and experiences. The collaboration aims to strengthen ties between Chinese esports and the broader international gaming community.
