Sugarverse and Ludo Bring Social Questing to Web3 Mobile Games

Share

Sugarverse has teamed up with Ludo, a social questing platform, to enhance player engagement as it moves toward the official launch of its web3 mobile game Sugar Match in early 2025. The partnership aims to integrate social features and gamified experiences across platforms like Discord, X (formerly Twitter), and Telegram.

A New Approach to Web3 Gaming

Sugarverse, a Bulgaria-based studio, has been working to solve one of the biggest challenges in web3 gaming—how to create a sustainable play-to-earn economy. Since 2022, the team has been developing a series of five connected mobile games that will offer rewards in the form of Sugar Bear NFTs and CNDY tokens.

With Sugar Match recently completing its open beta test, the studio is now focusing on growing its community and ensuring strong incentives for players. The partnership with Ludo plays a key role in this strategy by introducing social questing, which encourages players to complete tasks and engage with the game across multiple platforms.

How Social Questing Boosts Engagement

Ludo specializes in gamified social interactions that help brands and gaming projects connect with users in a more interactive way. By embedding mini-games and engagement tasks within popular platforms like Discord and Telegram, Ludo aims to increase player activity and improve return on ad spend (ROAS) for partners.

Hugo Marshall, Ludo’s commercial director, shared his thoughts on the collaboration:

“The future of digital engagement is social, interactive, and gamified. With Sugarverse, we’re proving that the right mix of community-driven experiences and data-driven insights leads to exponential revenue growth.”

He added that the integration of social questing with Sugarverse is about more than just making the game interactive—it’s about driving revenue growth and expanding the game’s reach.

What Comes Next?

With the full launch of Sugar Match set for the first quarter of 2025, the Sugarverse team is building momentum by engaging players early. The Ludo partnership helps the project tap into existing communities on social platforms where web3 users already interact.
