The MMORPG lets players choose from three hunter classes and explore a universe inspired by classics like Pokémon, while competing in a turn-based system that balances casual fun with competitive depth.

The Season 2 update introduces fresh gameplay layers with new Stage 3 evolutions. To unlock them, players need items from PvP chests, reinforcing the game’s strategic core. Mon Studios also redesigned point distribution, awarding them when players open PvP chests, rather than through repeated grinding. This tweak shifts the balance toward skill and tactical decision-making.

Blockchain Integration and Future Growth

A key part of Spellborne’s identity is its player-driven economy, powered by NFTs and the in-game $BORNE token. Monsters, cosmetics, and items can be minted and traded on platforms like OpenSea. While optional, these blockchain features give competitive and cooperative players the chance to earn from guild wars, seasonal events, or ranked PvP leagues. Guilds themselves can control market hubs, creating another layer of economic strategy.

The game, first launched on mobile in July 2025, is available on Android, iOS, and browsers, with upcoming plans to appear on the Epic Games Store for Windows and Mac.
