Soneium and LINE Partner to Expand Web3 Adoption Through Mini-Apps

Together with LINE, Soneium—supported by Sony Block Solutions Labs—has integrated four well-known web3 mini-apps into its blockchain ecosystem. Through the introduction of smooth web3 experiences to LINE’s 200 million active users, this partnership seeks to increase accessibility to blockchain technology.

Due to its extensive usage in digital services and messaging, LINE has already established a significant global footprint. Soneium is simplifying web3 interactions for general audiences by incorporating blockchain-powered applications.

Four Web3 Mini-Apps Coming to LINE

Over the next few months, four successful web3 mini-games will launch on LINE through Soneium:

• Sleepagotchi LITE – A mini-app version of Sleepagotchi’s sleep rewards system. Users earn points by playing daily short games. It has already surpassed 1 million users on Telegram and ranked among the top-10 grossing apps.
• Farm Frens – A kawaii farming game that became a viral hit in web3 gaming. Backed by Amihan Entertainment, which has raised over $10M, it aims to introduce LINE’s web2 users to blockchain gaming.
• Moonveil – Puffy Match – A puzzle game developed by Moonveil.gg, known for zk-L2 and AI-powered gaming. This game rewards players with on-chain assets, further expanding web3 gaming’s appeal.
• Pocket Mob – A mafia-style strategy RPG by Sonzai Labs, creators of TeleMafia. Players form Families, earn Respect points, and unlock NFT rewards, making it a perfect fit for LINE’s social gaming ecosystem.
