Nintendo has confirmed that preorders for the Switch 2 will go live on April 24 for buyers in the United States and Canada. The console’s official launch is set for June 5, 2025. Prices for the main console and game bundles are holding steady, but several accessories are getting updated price tags.
The Switch 2 itself will sell for $449.99, while a bundle that includes Mario Kart World comes in at $499.99. Both physical and digital versions of Mario Kart World will cost $79.99, and Donkey Kong Bananza will be priced at $69.99—unchanged from previous announcements.
However, Nintendo has revised several accessory prices, pointing to shifting market conditions in the U.S. The company also noted that additional price changes could happen in the future based on market trends.
