Mythical Games just kicked off a brand-new season in FIFA Rivals, and it is all about Adidas. Starting July 17, players can dive into the Radiant Blaze Season, packed with Adidas digital gear, new gameplay updates, and fresh Web3 functionality that lets in-game items double as NFTs.
Good to know
The Adidas collaboration brings a full lineup of digital collectibles to FIFA Rivals. Players can earn branded gear like Radiant Blaze versions of the Copa, Predator, and F50 boots, along with 14 retro Adidas kits and themed match balls. New characters wearing Adidas attire are also available for recruitment, offering more customization for team rosters.
All of these rewards are tied to in-game events and challenges, giving players multiple ways to unlock gear. Those who sign up for Adidas’ adiClub membership can also collect points to redeem for additional digital items throughout the season.
Beyond cosmetics, FIFA Rivals received a version 1.1.4 update that includes several player-requested features. One standout is the new Seasonal Contract Freeze, which ensures Contract Points do not drop when using seasonal players. It is a small tweak, but one that addresses a common frustration.
The Season Pass also gets a boost with the new Pass Extender. Once players finish the standard rewards track, they can now keep earning additional bonuses—a welcome change for more active players.
The update introduces Bot Mode as well. This lets users practice against AI before diving into real matches, giving newer players a way to build skills and returning players a way to warm up. On top of that, Mythical player cards can now be upgraded to level 5 with special upgrade fragments, allowing teams to develop in more strategic ways.
The Radiant Blaze Season is more than just a cosmetic drop—it marks a shift toward deeper customization, NFT utility, and expanded features that mix gameplay and rewards in new ways.
