Through an all-cash secondary deal valued at 18.4 INR ($2.2 million), Nazara Dubai FZ, a subsidiary of Nazara, completed the acquisition. In expressing his excitement, Nazara Technologies’ founder and CEO, Nitish Mittersain, said that the investment puts Nazara in a stronger position within the quickly expanding gaming industry.
Stan has been making waves since its recent partnership with Aptos Labs to launch its platform on the Aptos blockchain.
