Legend of YMIR has added a Character NFT system, giving players a way to mint in-game characters and trade them through the WEMIX PLAY Marketplace.
Good to Know
The May 19 update gives Legend of YMIR players a new route from gameplay into blockchain trading. Characters can now become NFTs, then move to the WEMIX PLAY Marketplace for sale.
Players can choose an auction format or set a direct sale price. However, they do not lose access right away. A character can stay playable until the owner seals it for trading.
Security sits at the center of the rollout. Players must link a WEMIX PLAY Wallet to a game account before using NFT features. Once any TOKEN feature goes live on that account, the wallet link becomes permanent.
Minting and unsealing also use a two-signature verification process. Wemade added one more limit for buyers and sellers to note: once an unsealed character binds to a new owner account, it cannot be sealed again. That makes each transfer a decision players need to handle carefully.
The NFT launch does not arrive alone. Legend of YMIR also gains a Transcendence System, which lets players use duplicate summons to improve summon power and unlock extra skills and treasure slots.
Clan play gets new content as well. Clan Annihilation Battle will run every Wednesday, giving groups a regular competitive mode and another reason to stay active after the global launch.
Legend of YMIR uses Unreal Engine 5 and builds its world around Norse mythology. The game includes five classes, action combat, and access across platforms including Steam. Since its global release in late October 2025, Wemade has tied more of the game economy to blockchain features through G-WEMIX tokens earned from in-game activity.
Wemade has also set aside a $7.5 million reserve to support in-game economic stability during market swings. With character NFTs now live, Legend of YMIR moves deeper into the WEMIX ecosystem while giving players more control over the value connected to their characters.
