In preparation for its eighth World Esports Summit, which will take place in Busan, South Korea, the International Esports Federation (IESF) is getting ready. The summit, which brings together important industry personalities, international brands, government officials, and representatives from IESF’s vast network of 140 Member Federations, is a notable event on the Esports calendar. This summit, which is slated for November 28–29, is to explore the potential and difficulties present in the quickly changing Esports industry.

A High-Profile Gathering

A prominent group of speakers, including HRH Prince Faisal Bin Bandar Bin Sultan Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, the acting president of the IESF, will be present at the World Esports Summit. Esports specialists and business titans such Dave Nichel, SVP of Public Affairs at Electronic Sports League (ESL), Jonas Gundersen, COO of Ninjas in Pyjamas & Co-Founder of Tribos.AI, Dave Lee, CEO of IHC, and several others will be present at the two-day event.

The IESF Secretary General, Boban Totovski, expressed his enthusiasm about holding this yearly gathering in South Korea. The World Esports Summit seeks to strengthen understanding and cooperation amongst the members of the World Esports Family, building on the success of the previous edition. The summit is free to attend and provides a live audience with the chance to participate in these insightful discussions.

Exploring Crucial Topics

A variety of panel topics will be discussed during the summit, including the influence of Esports, its function in education, how to succeed competitively, player health, and the industry’s legacy. Leading esports companies like ESL, NIP, IHC, OG, and FITGMR will be present, and attendees can anticipate partaking in talks and keynote speakers that will hopefully provide insight into the constantly changing esports scene.

Preparing to further develop and reinvent the world of Esports, the IESF is building on the success of the last World Esports Championship, which took place in Iasi, Romania, and saw participation from 111 nations worldwide. This dedication to expansion and improvement is expected to be a major focus of the next World Esports Summit in Busan.
