Gaming Corps AB (publ) (“the Company” or “Gaming Corps”) has secured a significant order to develop several games for a renowned global iGaming Group. This partnership, valued initially at approximately MSEK 7 over a 12-month period, marks a pivotal moment for Gaming Corps.
The collaboration involves developing 5-7 games, with the exact number depending on their complexity and functionality. These games will be created using Gaming Corps’ Remote Game Server (RGS) and distributed through the Company’s extensive network. This strategic move is crucial for the customer, who plans to launch extensive marketing campaigns in anticipation of the first game’s release.
Work on the first game will begin immediately. Importantly, this new venture will not impact Gaming Corps’ existing game production schedule. Alongside the initial order value, a profit-sharing agreement has been established between the two companies.
