The Esports Leadership Group (ELG) is a new organization that has arisen as a result of the historic Memorandum of Understanding signed by the presidents of the Global Esports Federation (GEF) and the International Esports Federation (IESF). This cooperative effort aims to bring in a new age of collaboration within the quickly changing esports industry. It is led by the distinguished Ser Miang Ng, Vice President of the International Olympic Committee.

As the ELG takes shape, it plans to establish working teams dedicated to translating the principles outlined in the MoU into tangible initiatives.
