Delta Force is back with a major update that expands the game across platforms and cranks up the intensity. Team Jade has rolled out two major developments: the mobile release and a new PC season called Delta Force Season Eclipse Vigil.
Good to know
The mobile version officially launched on Monday, April 21. It follows a wave of excitement after 25 million players pre-registered. It offers 24v24 battles with ground, sea, and air vehicles and a next-gen extraction shooter mode. Environments are immersive, quest design is accessible, and the gameplay looks sharp, thanks to strong graphics optimization. All progress is synced with the PC version through cross-progression.
New players on mobile can jump into the action with launch-day events built to introduce them to the fast-paced and strategic nature of the game. Whether you’re after team-based warfare or extraction-based survival, the mobile version promises a full Delta Force experience right from the start.
On the PC side, Season Eclipse Vigil brings a darker, more tactical battlefield. Players now have access to night combat in both Operations and Warfare modes through Operation Blackout. Shadow becomes both a threat and a tool—those who can use darkness to their advantage will dominate.
One of the biggest additions to the season is the new Operator, Elio de Montbel—also known as Operator Nox. Designed for strategic players, Nox brings control tactics and debuffs that disrupt enemies while creating space for the team.
Several requested updates have also arrived. Kill Cam finally makes its way into the game. Weapons, vehicles, and gadgets have been expanded. Sound design now offers deeper layers of realism, helping players better detect nearby threats. The introduction of a global leaderboard gives everyone a shot to see how they stack up against players worldwide.
Shadow Guo, Game Director, explained how the new updates reshape expectations:
“We’re pushing the boundaries of what players can expect from a modern military shooter—on both PC and mobile. The recently reached 25 million pre-registration milestone really shows how passionate our community is, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Eclipse Vigil marks a turning point for Delta Force. We are truly excited to see how this season is about elevating the tactical experience to new heights.”
