Blockchain layer one Together, Cronos and the community-building app Galxe have launched the “Spring Odyssey” campaign. This campaign, which offers $35,000 in rewards, marks a significant turning point in their collaboration and is the biggest marketing push since Cronos and Galxe were fully integrated.
Thirty different blockchain projects ranging from gaming, memecoins, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and decentralized finance (DeFi) are taking part in the Spring Odyssey campaign. Prominent initiatives including as Veno, Orby, Croskulls, CorgiAI, and Bored Candy aim to captivate users through social and on-chain assignments, providing incentives such tokens and unique NFTs.
Structured around four major web3 themes—DeFi, NFTs, memecoins, and gaming—the campaign introduces weekly challenges aimed at educating users on blockchain technology’s various applications. Activities like swapping, staking, lending, and borrowing form part of these challenges, providing an interactive and educational experience for participants.
Participants in the Spring Odyssey campaign can choose between tokens and NFTs as part of a dual rewards scheme. By offering incentives for exploring the Cronos network and its decentralized applications (dapps), this strategy seeks to enhance user engagement. Through the process of gamification, the campaign improves the user experience in general and highlights the dynamic nature of the Cronos blockchain ecosystem.
Galxe’s broad background in creating Web3 communities—it has over 14 million unique users and collaborates with over 4,600 partners—confirms the campaign’s ability to promote blockchain adoption on a variety of platforms.
