BPMG has secured joint global IP ownership for Cooking Adventure through an agreement with original developer Grampus. The deal gives BPMG control over development, operations, and global business activity for the long running cooking simulation game.
Cooking Adventure has recorded more than 33 million downloads since launch in 2016 and remains active through ongoing updates. A Web3 version, along with new browser and PC releases, is already in development.

BPMG plans to integrate Cooking Adventure into its GemHUB blockchain gaming ecosystem. The Web3 version will run on GemHUB infrastructure and use the GHUB token for in game utility and rewards.
GemHUB operates as a blockchain gaming and social platform launched by BPMG in 2021. The ecosystem already includes titles such as Fortress, Dragon Flight, and Rappelz M, where player activity and rewards connect through onchain systems.
Alongside the blockchain build, BPMG is preparing an HTML5 browser version that allows players to access the game without installing an app. A Steam release is also planned to reach the PC gaming market.
Cooking Adventure centers on restaurant management gameplay. Players run kitchens, cook dishes from global cuisines, and expand restaurant operations while serving customers.
The game holds strong recognition in South Korea under the alternate title My Little Chef.
As part of the agreement, the full development and operations team behind Cooking Adventure will transition to BPMG. The goal centers on maintaining the gameplay style familiar to existing players while allowing continued content updates.
A company statement explained the significance of the deal.
“This is a significant milestone as we have secured both a globally proven game IP and a talented development team,” the company stated in its official announcement. “Based on this joint IP ownership, we are committed to enriching the content ecosystem within GemHUB and delivering new value to players worldwide.”
GemHUB continues to expand partnerships across the blockchain gaming sector. BPMG has also worked with Sony Group Soneium Layer 2, LINE NEXT Mini Dapp Portal, and the XPLA blockchain network as part of broader international development efforts.
