Share

The Axie Infinity Origins community is excited to start the much awaited Epic Era as the Rare Era of Season 7 draws to a close. With a significantly larger prize fund, incentives for crafting materials, and significant changes to improve player involvement, this two-week season, which began on January 31st, promises to be an exciting experience.

With 18,900 AXS and 13,732,070 SLP tokens available, the Epic Era has a huge prize pool that is noteworthy for being double that of the Rare Era. By placing themselves among the top 20,000, players may win a portion of these alluring incentives. There are also extra benefits in store for the top 40,000 players, including crafting supplies that may help them do better in the next Mystic Era.

Addressing Player Feedback and Enhancing Player Empowerment

Responding to valuable community feedback, the development team has introduced strategic adjustments to the Axie Infinity Origins ecosystem. Acknowledging the initial higher emission rate, AXP issuance undergoes modifications to further empower players. Notably, players will now receive 1 AXP when losing a match without Stamina from the Boar rank and above. Drawing matches without Stamina will also yield reduced AXP, with plans to cease AXP rewards for losing without Stamina in the future, aligning with ongoing tech considerations.

The announcement emphasizes the dedication to player empowerment and skill and hard work acknowledgment, so transforming the issuing of AXP into a dynamic aspect of the gaming experience.

Players will notice a redesigned crafting level up user interface (UI) in conjunction with the release of Epic Era, which streamlines the crafting process for a more user-friendly encounter. In addition, the Collectible Rewards leaderboard may now be shown in-game, making it easier for Collectible owners to keep track of their progress. The goal of these intuitive upgrades is to improve the entire gameplay experience by making it easier for players to explore and take in Axie Infinity Origins’ changing environment.
