ASUS ROG Academy Launches Season 10 to Elevate India’s Esports Talent

Season 10 of the ROG Academy, a top-tier esports incubator program designed to develop elite Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) players in India, has officially begun, according to ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG). Aspiring esports professionals still rely on this program to give them the support and resources they need to turn their passion into a successful career.

The goal of the ROG Academy, which is regarded as the first and most established esports training school in India, is to support upcoming talent in thriving in the cutthroat world of esports. The program provides a thorough curriculum created by professionals in the field that covers important topics like group tactics, communication, and improving individual skills.

With registration for Season 10 now open, aspiring gamers are invited to take part in this intensive program. After registering, selected candidates will undergo rigorous tryouts, which include in-game assessments, expert interviews, and psychometric evaluations. From these, six promising players will be chosen to join the ROG Team, where they will sign contracts and receive a monthly stipend, internet bill compensation, and high-end ROG gaming gear for remote training.

Comprehensive Training and Career Opportunities

Under the mentorship of a dedicated coach, participants will receive focused training on game mechanics, teamwork, and competitive play. Upon completing the program, players will earn a Certificate of Completion and an ex-gratia payment of INR 1 lakh. To further enhance their development, the ROG Academy also hosts guest sessions on various topics such as sports psychology, public relations, and esports management.

Since its inception, the ROG Academy has attracted over 15,000 registrations and trained 54 players, with more than 15 securing positions in top-tier organizations. The academy’s players have also made their mark in numerous tournaments, including the Dust2 India – 1xBet Cup Open Qualifier and ESL Challenger Jonkoping – Asia Qualifier, achieving significant success.
