A major step toward Web3 cooperation has been taken by Darewise Entertainment, a division of Animoca Brands and the company behind the sci-fi massively multiplayer online game Life Beyond, as they have formed a strategic alliance with DFZ Labs, the company behind the Web3 brand Deadfellaz.
This strategic alliance’s main goal is to grow the communities of DFZ Labs and Darewise Entertainment. The partnership also seeks to create an advisory board to facilitate ongoing development and support between the two creative companies. Betty, the CEO of DFZ Labs, said she was excited to design something fresh and create it with her forward-thinking colleagues at Animoca Brands and Darewise.
As part of the partnership, Darewise will make use of animated rigged avatars called Streamingfellaz, which were developed by Hologram Labs and used by the Deadfellaz community for streaming and video production. These avatars will highlight new elements in Life Beyond, such as the B.O.T.S browser game and the alpha and beta versions of the game. The beta version is scheduled to launch in Q4 of this year, while the alpha version is scheduled to launch in Q2 of 2024.
Benjamin Charbit, CEO of Darewise Entertainment, emphasized the importance of the Deadfellaz brand in the Web3 market and commended its strong visual identity, values, and dedication to gaming and community empowerment. The collaboration is well-positioned to promote tight collaboration and information sharing.
In honor of the collaboration, Darewise has purchased three Deadfellaz PFP NFTs and fifty packs of NFTs from DFZ Labs for use in a forthcoming trading card game. These resources will be employed for neighborhood conflicts and involvement, demonstrating the cooperative nature of the two organizations.
This agreement comes after Darewise recently announced a relationship with Animoca Brands Japan and Honda with the goal of co-developing car gameplay in Life Beyond.
