Ambire, an innovative open-source self-custodial wallet, is set to launch a new on-chain game called Ambire Legends. This interactive game, which debuts on December 12, 2024, aims to educate users on the benefits of smart accounts and account abstraction while rewarding them for exploring these advanced features. The game is designed for Ambire wallet extension users, which is currently in beta, and enhances the wallet’s existing features.
Ambire Legends offers users a fun and educational experience as they learn the intricacies of managing smart accounts. To get started, users must download the Ambire wallet extension, create a Smart Account, and connect to the Ambire Legends decentralized application (dApp). Once connected, players embark on a quest across supported networks such as Ethereum and Base, earning experience points (XP) as they interact with their smart accounts on-chain.
As users progress, they will level up their character and unlock various rewards. The game introduces $WALLET tokens as incentives for reaching higher levels, with distribution based on the player’s portfolio balance. Additionally, Ambire has allocated 195 million $WALLET tokens to reward early adopters and increase the Ambire wallet extension’s usage.
