Alien Worlds Enhances Community Governance with Worker Proposal System

An innovative step toward community-driven governance has been taken by Alien Worlds, a prominent blockchain-based metaverse, with the debut of its Worker Proposal system. Six Union DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations) have been established as part of this new endeavor to assist in managing and assisting with a variety of community projects inside the Alien Worlds ecosystem.

The Union DAOs will act as key facilitators for community-driven initiatives. Custodians, who are responsible for monitoring and assisting the initiatives suggested by Alien Worlds users, will be in charge of these groups. The objective is to guarantee that these projects are executed effectively and reap the advantages of a solid governance framework. By allowing users to play a more active role in the metaverse’s evolution, the Worker Proposal mechanism seeks to empower users.

A central element of this new governance framework is the introduction of Arbiters, selected from the community. These impartial mediators will be responsible for resolving disputes between project workers and custodians, ensuring that disagreements over project milestones do not derail progress. “Their main responsibility is to provide decisive votes during disagreements over project milestones, thereby ensuring that the progress of initiatives remains uninterrupted.”

Future of Arbiter Roles and Community Participation

Currently, the positions of Arbiters are filled, but Alien Worlds plans to expand opportunities for community involvement. In the future, applications for Arbiter roles will be open to the broader community. Applicants will undergo an identity verification process, demonstrate a deep understanding of the Alien Worlds ecosystem, and commit to a minimum term of four months. “These roles require a weekly time commitment to review and resolve disputes, ensuring that projects continue to advance smoothly.”
