Abios has extended its partnership with Bayes Esports to obtain official real-time data for Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2 esports. This extension allows Abios to use official data from premier tournaments to enhance its odds feeds and engagement features for partners within and beyond the Kambi network.
Through Bayes Esports, Abios gains access to official data feeds from top-tier tournaments, including the BLAST Pro Series, ESL Pro League, and IEM Katowice for Counter-Strike, as well as ESL One for Dota 2. Counter-Strike 2 contributes over 50% of total esports betting turnover among Kambi operators, with the ESL Pro League alone accounting for 13% of esports turnover in Q2 2024.
The partnership ensures higher uptime and more accurate pricing for Abios, thanks to the highly granular data provided directly from IP rights holders. Abios offers an automated odds feed that covers over 60 market types and includes engagement features like bet builder, player props, and instant markets. Bayes Live Match Data also enables Abios to create scoreboards, enhancing the betting experience for users.
Anton Janér, Managing Director and Founder of Abios, stated, “With a heritage in esports data, we’ve always worked with data providers and tournament organizers to obtain data directly from the source. This approach not only supports the ecosystem but also allows us to offer more accurate and reliable markets to our partners. We’re excited to continue our partnership and deliver markets in Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2 built on data from Bayes Esports.”
Amir Mirzaee, Co-CEO and Managing Director of Bayes Esports, added, “We’re excited to continue our partnership with Abios Kambi, who have been leaders in esports data products for over 10 years. This extension reflects our shared commitment to producing industry-leading user experiences, and we’re proud to provide top-tier data solutions for CS2 and Dota 2.”
