UKASH Signs Payments Deal With Betfair

UKASH is a very popular voucher that can be purchased all around the world, where you pay to receive a voucher of equal value, which you can then use to deposit on sites, transfer money to friends or use to shop online. Now they have signed an agreement with the biggest sports betting exchange in the world, Betfair, who will begin to accept UKASH deposits and withdrawals from today.

The voucher comes with a unique 19 digit code, which can be entered when you want to do a deposit. You will not have to use the entire value of the voucher either, as the voucher can be split into several different “pieces”, should you prefer it like that.

Users wanting to use UKASH as a payment method will have to pass some strict verification requirements from Betfair, but will then be able to use it without any hassle. UKASH is extremely popular right now in the UK, with more than 50,000 sale points there alone, which is one of the main reasons why Betfair decided to integrate the new payment method.

“Betfair was the world’s first successful betting exchange, and is a company respected for its innovation and values. Like Ukash, they are a great British success story and this makes our cooperation even more satisfying.” CEO of UKASH, David Hunter said in a press release.

Ian Chuter, Group Operations Director from Betfair said “Ukash offers a secure and easy method of deposit and withdrawing, supporting our wider on-going aim of making it easier for customers to transact with Betfair.”
