Turning Stone Resorts and Casino will be launching sports betting this year with Caesars Entertainment as per the reports. "The Lounge with Caesars Entertainment" will soon open this year a newspaper quoted after the review by a federal agency. Turning Stone has affirmed that Turning Stone will be launching sports wagering once The National Indian Gaming Commission finishes its review. The nation has said that they would not be needing any new state legislation because the current agreement of Turning Point allows nation casinos to add new games wherever they want.

A 2013 state law said that when sports betting became legal, it could be offered at the four new non-Indian nation casinos that have opened across Upstate New York since December 2016. Those are Resorts World Catskills, del Lago and Tioga Downs, plus Rivers Casino & Resort in Schenectady.
