Sports betting kiosks banned

The Nevada Resort Association has finally managed to get rid of sports betting kiosks in bars and restaurants through a measure moved by Senate to the Assembly and voted on positively 18-3. The trade organization which represents most of the state’s largest casinos and resorts claims that betting kiosks cross the fine line between slots or video poker machines over to sports betting territory which should only be managed by big casinos with unrestricted gambling licenses.
