Responsible for almost half of the gross revenues for Q1 in 2013, Sports betting is still king of the hill in the regulated Spanish online gambling industry.
These figures were released by the national gaming regulator body, the Direccion General de Ordenacion del Juego (DGOJ). The gross revenues for the before-mentioned period amount to €60.8 million, barely 1% less from the previous quarter.
It’s impossible to fetch figures that go prior to this since the market was regulated only in June of 2012.
