SIS, one of the leading online and land-based betting suppliers, announced today that they will continue to support grassroot horseracing, through a sponsorship agreement with the British Racing School.
The sponsorship will provide new equipment to the school as well as general funding, which will help BRS continue their great work and build on their reputation as the primary school for learning how to horse race.
Gary Smith, Chief Executive of SIS, said: “SIS has been at the heart of horse racing for more than 25 years and we’ll continue to support the sport for years to come, from the top level right down to the grassroots. We’re excited to see our sponsorship of the British Racing School help nurture the stars of tomorrow, both on and off the racecourse.”
Grant Harris, Chief Executive of the BRS, said: “We are extremely grateful to SIS for their sponsorship support of the British Racing School. As a charitable trust, we rely a great deal on funding from within the horse racing fraternity and our students will find the new equipment from SIS invaluable as they develop their skills.”
SIS also recently announced a three year extension to its support of the Racehorse Owners’ Sponsorship scheme, which allows ROA’s 7,000 members to save an estimated £4,000 a year by claiming VAT back on their racing activity.
