The National Hockey League, also known globally as the NHL, announced this week that they have signed a partnership agreement with Sportradar, making them the official global data distributor for the 2015/2016 season.
Sportradar will be collecting data such as play-by-play in real-time as well as any other relevant game statistic. Other data will include time on ice, offsides, face-offs won/lost, missed shots, scored goals, shots on goal, shot types and many more. All data a fan could imagine wanting to know, Sportradar will be providing.
