LeoVegas Shows 60% Increase In Second Quarter Revenue From Last Year

LeoVegas, the Nordic countries focused iGaming company has reported an astounding 60% increase year-on-year in its revenue for the second quarter of 2017. The company has reported an income of the three months of the second quarter ending up to June 30th of €49.7m, from the previous revenue of €31m as compared in the same period last year.

The company, which suffered a loss of total €2.5m in Q2 2016 year-on-year, won a profit of €5.5m in the same quarter of 2017.

Though, the number of players had gone down by 2% to 173,034 from a total figure of 176,635. Further a considerable decrease of 33% in the new customers from the previous second quarter of 109,718 to 73,014.

The positive thing to note is the number of returning depositing customers grew significantly by 49% from 66,917 in the second quarter of 2016 to 100,020 during the same period in 2017.

Further, the results of Net Gaming Revenues EUR 18.3 m (12.9) for July looks sharp with a 42% growth.
