Ladbrokes buys out Gaming Investments

Ladbrokes Plc, one of the worlds biggest landbased and online sports betting and gaming operators in the world, has agreed to buy out Australian based Gaming Investments Pty Ltd. GIPL is the owner of and Panda Gaming Ltd as well as many other racing and sports related affiliate networks in Australia.

The acquisition is expected to be finalized this week and the alliance of both companies will hence forth be known as Ladbrokes Australia and it will be worth an approximate 22.5 million AUD (about £13 million).
