Irish punter scoops €16,000 on a football bet

An Irish person gambled €10 on Premier League games and is now richer by over €16,000. The punter won the stunning football bet on Wednesday night’s game. The bet consisted of the following selections: Leicester to beat Watford 2-0 (13/2), Chelsea to beat Aston Villa 2-1 (15/2), Manchester United to beat Tottenham 2-1 (8/1) and Liverpool to beat Everton and both teams to score (15/8).

The punter was able to log back into online account and saw that his €10 bet turned into a spectacular amount of €16,495.31.

Spokesperson for BoyleSport, Sarah Kinsella after the event said: “This was a stunning handful of selections from one of our Donegal customers and hats off to them for calling them all right.”

“It didn’t require a massive stake but they are walking off with over €16,000 and we hope they enjoy splashing out,” she added further.
