Intralot moves in on Turkish Bilyoner

Greek gaming giant Intralot made an announcement yesterday that it has agreed to acquire an additional 25% of the shares of its associated firm Bilyoner.

This would increase the total holding stake  of the Greek up to 50% and thus making it the company’s largest shareholder and owner.

Bilyoner is a Turkish gaming company that offers sports betting services via internet from the state owned SporToto and also lottery games from (again) state-owned Milli Piyango.
