Now that the legalization of daily fantasy sports is under control, DraftKings is trying to shift its attention back to improving the core product and user experience. DraftKings launched Leagues, a feature that makes it easier to play DFS with your friends.
In Leagues, you can create a league of any size with your friends, family, coworkers or even Twitter followers. Once accepted, you can create private contests exclusive to friends in your league. Essentially you can get the same thrill of DFS while maintaining the social atmosphere that a season-long league provides.
DraftKings also has a reoccuring contest mode, which could automatically create an NFL contest every Sunday that is just accesible to friends in your league.
The feature is launched today, so don’t hestitate to create your own league and put your friends to the test.
