Betfair, the leading online betting exchange site, has teamed up with sports betting operator Colossus Bets to create new football pool products, Gaming Intelligence reports. The new pools that Betfair will offer together with Colossus Bets will offer a different games for the running World Cup, but also for regular season games, with a £10 million jackpot pool as well as offer cash out option of parlay’s before all games have finished.
To be able to win the massive £10 million jackpot, players have to predict the correct score of seven different matches which are listed in the website. Players can also win a jackpot prize by guessing the correct outcome of the seven matches, predicting whether they end as a home or away victory or as a draw, but the prize is not as high as guessing the correct score.
“We are delighted to offer Betfair customers a new way of betting on football, with the chance to win huge sums from small stakes. Pools is a great addition to our football offering.” Commercial Director for Betfair, Bart Barden said.
