Alan Alger Joins Betway

Betway, one of the leading online gaming sites in Europe, announced today that they have appointed Alan Alger as their new Sporting Events and Media Relations Manager. Alger has great experience in the betting world through his previous employments and looks forward to a new challenge.

Alger started out as a trader for City Index and SpreadEx before becoming PR Manager for Sportingbet in October of 2002. He then moved on to Blue Square in June of 2007 where he stayed until now, joining Betway’s experienced team.

I’m thrilled to have joined such an ambitious and fast-growing business and I am really excited about Betway’s plans for the coming months and beyond.” Alger said in a press release.

Betway CEO Richard Akitt added: “Alan’s experience in betting and public relations speaks for itself and makes him an outstanding addition to our expanding team. His vast knowledge will be a crucial asset as we continue to grow the Betway brand.”
