WSOP 2017 Main Event Reaches Its Final Table With 9 Participants Playing For $8.15 Million Winning Prize

After the ten days of tension, the final table of WSOP 2017 Main Event has been set with 9 participants left from the 7,221 entrants. The game will seek the title winner, over the span of three days, which will be played from July 20-July 22.

Two players are returning candidates, Antoine Saout and Ben Lamb who have participated earlier in 2009 and 2011, respectively. John Hesp, 64 is going to be the oldest player on the table. The chip leader, Scott Blumstein, an online poker grinder who hails from New Jersey is making his debut in Main Event.

The final nine players will return on Thursday after a two-day break to resume their $10,000 buy-in No-limit Texas Hold’em World Championship at 5:30 p.m. All the remaining players have a guaranteed win of minimum $1 million and the winning amount is set at $8.15 million.
