Ultimate Poker rolls out version 2

The much anticipated and delayed release of Ultimate Poker’s version 2 software client has finally arrived. On Saturday, UP released the new version of the software featuring resizable tables, bigger cards, better sounds and animated player avatars.

There is also a preset betting button and tournament specific tickets as well as tournament currency called “U$” (U Dollars) which can be used on MTT’s and SnG’s.

Despite all the improvements, there are still many other player-friendly features missing from the update like Omaha games, auto-topup and ring game waiting list. According to Chris Danek, poker product manager, these are all under developement.
