Two More Million Dollar Spin & Go Winners in January

Spin & Go by Pokerstars is a very popular sit n go format for recreational players who can win a huge jackpot by playing a $5 sit n go, but it’s not very popular with the regulars at Pokerstars. Pokerstars has been trying to get more players to enjoy the game and has been hosting a promotion offering $1,000,000 as first prize for specially triggered Spin & Go tournaments.

Last week the first winner of the $1,000,000 first prize was found as the Russian player “sss66666” beat his opponents and went from playing freerolls to having a million bucks in his account. But all the fun didn’t stop there as the million dollar first prize was triggered again the same week – Not once, but twice!

On Saturday “Tornado111” from the Czech Republic beat his opponents “newann” and “RusGreen” in the Spin & Go and took home $1,000,000 with his opponents taking home $100,000 and then on Sunday the same thing happened for “anushan_2323” from Canada who won over “ChipsMongot” and “jukebox72”.

There has now been a total of three million dollar wins in Spin & Go at Pokerstars in January, giving out $3.6 million for only $45 in buy-ins between the players. There’s no doubt that Pokerstars got the money covered however, as the Spin & Go’s  run non-stop and with the general ones only having 2/3 of the buy-in as a prize, it is without a doubt a massive cash cow for them.

You still have the chance to win a million dollars as well, as the promotion will continue for the rest of the month on Pokerstars.
