The Saturday launch of a poker room opened by the Cambodian casino resort, Star Vegas Resorts and Club under the brand Poker King Club coincided with the Asian Poker Tour.
The casino resort, Star Vegas, owned by Donaco International Ltd. is hosting the APT Southeast Asia until July 7. The casino is located in the town of Poipet, near Cambodia’s border with Thailand.
The APT main event is scheduled to start on July 3. The main event is five days deep structured No Limit Hold’em tournament.
Some former players of the famous English Football Club, Manchester United with the names like Nicky Butt, Philip Neville, Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes attended the opening ceremony of the Poker King Club and of the APT Southeast Asia on Saturday.
