The Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino will once again be the venue of the Western New York Poker Challenge. This year’s tournament is going to be held between March 31 – April 10 and will offer players an unprecedented variety of events.
First on the agenda are the Warm-Up games to take place from Feb 24 to Feb 26. Three No Limit Hold’Em one-day events are planned for this pre-tournament session. Players who rank among the first ten will gain access to WNYPC’s Main Event.
Following the Warm-Up, the essential WNYPC will kick off with a No Limit Hold’Em tournament featuring a $300 buy-in. There will be four starting flights to it and a total amount of $100,000 up for grabs. Other notable events on the schedule include a Pot Limit Omaha with a prize pool of $15,000 as well as a Ladies Championship offering $10,000 guaranteed.
Those games will culminate in the Main Event to be held from April 7 to 10. During the second day, blind levels are bound to increase every 40 minutes and then every 60 minutes on Day 3.
